Note: - *If you opt hall facility so you need to submit your flight details to SBKF official mail id [email protected] or WhatsApp number +919584526877 prior 15 day of program So that your pickup & drop can be arranged. In case you fail to submit information on time, you will have to come from the airport to the hotel yourself. *As per the schedule given for the Games and Sightseeing, you need to get ready and assemble at the hotel reception area 1 hour before. Everyone has to take special care of the time. in any case, it will be your own responsibility to reach the stadium if the vehicle leaves. |
