Please don't wait for  the last date of  entry  because if once seats are full then you can't enter or participate in the particular Games / Event,  whichever  you want  to participate. So hurry up !! and reserve your favorite  game’s  seat for yourselves.

Player's form will not be accepted without player's age proof and fees.

SBKF/ISO cannot be held responsible for any work done offline.

Each participant will get online I-Card, participation certificate, banner, printed form, payment receipt, online result, online record, congratulation banner with QR code.

Parents will not be giving any type of certificate or uniform except I-card & opted facility.

You have to come with all required documents related to championship, provided documents by SBKF/ISO as well as other needy documents.

It is compulsory to wear I-Card during the event.

Player must bring NOC and Consent letter with them while competing in championship.

All The Players Will Have To Come Before Their Reporting Date And Time And They Can Go After The Closing Ceremony.

You shall be always ready for the contingent situation, if Foundation conducts any meeting in national championship then You shall attend the meetings and have to follow all the instructions mandatorily.

All  matches will be on knock out basis.

The complete information of schedule of games/event will be given on our official website www.sbkf.in , before ONE WEEK of commencement of the championship.

In Team Events At least 10-16 Players Are Must ( Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, Kabaddi, Hockey Football, Rugby, Throwball, Kho-Kho, Etc.)

In students' category, U-4  to U-30 age groups are decided, according to the event. In which small age group participants can play in large Age Groups.

For Masters/Veterans the U-35 to U-100 age groups are decided according to the event. In which the large Age group participants can play in Small Age Groups

Every one has to follow the instructions of technical department.

Decisions of the Referee/Umpire will be final.

Protest/Objection fee will be Rs. 1000/- ( non refundable ) during the matches and championship.

Participants will have to bring and use their own instruments, equipments and uniform during the championship.

It is the duty of the coaches/participants/parents to be on time and ensure the security of all the equipments/luggage and also be very cautious of their safety during the matches/championship.

Parents will not interfere directly in case of any complaint or suggestions. They have to report the matter to their respective coaches otherwise players will be disqualified.

Soon you would be informed about the distance of archery, skating and the syllabus of Yoga.

The games/sports under the weight category , according to age groups, will be organized as per the rules and regulations of World & International federation, But few rules can be changed as per the need.

Organization does not provide any Insurance. Any person, who is suffering from any particular illness/disease, in this condition he/she will be responsible for bringing required medicines.

In the National championship during on and off and in the event of  championship if you are found positive in doping test or any kind of intoxicating substance found in you like drugs etc. then you will be responsible for it or its consequences.

Before the event or after the event, you must take the name of SBKF while giving any interview in media and news or posting any post on any social media platform related to our championship, and send it to us to on whatsapp no. +919584526877 so that SBKF can promote your initiative too.

SBKF/ISO has decided that during the championship if any coaches, parents or any participants will be found guilty of misbehaving or misconduct "Like fighting, abusing or coming in ground in drunken stage, etc. Then SBKF/ISO will take every legal action and in future they will be restricted to take part in SBKF/ISO program.

We provide rooms to Participants/Coaches/Parents according to our arrangement and no separate rooms will be provided.

If you opt at the National championship you all have to be very careful about the given time boundation and you all have to be ready and must be gathered at the reception area/given place within 30 minutes before by the given timings. In the event/case of being late and miss the vehicle, you have to reach to the designated place by yourselves and you can't blame our organization for this kind of irresponsibility from your side.

We provide breakfast and dinner only at the national championship. It is difficult to provide lunch due to different events and sightseeing venues with a lot of different kinds of distances . If you order something extra in the hotel or at any other place, then you have to pay the bill by yourself only

During national event if any destruction/damage is caused in hotel, ground or at any other place by you then SBKF/ISO reserves right to hold your certificates until you make up for the loss. And In this case if you will be not able to pay be compensation amount then any legal action can be taken against you by the owner of the hotel or any other property owner.

If you face any problem during the entire championship, then the solution can be found by discussion. Foundation will not tolerate any kind of misconduct or misbehavior of any parents, coaches, participants or guardians. you yourselves will be responsible for any unfortunate situation and any legal action may be taken against you for your misconduct or misbehavior.

For Registration, you have to fill the form ONLINE through the given Link https://www.sbkf.in/Web/event_detail/1 or our official website www.sbkf.in, by paying the requisite fee through online mode , just  after the successful fee payment, you will be delivered the I CARD and fee receipt immediately.

Here you have two options  1. Only registration and  2. Full facility,  select the best suitable one, then only you can fill the form.

The last date of entry will be  date 30th April. Late fee Rs. 500 will be charged once the last date will get over.

If any player/coach wants to take participation in more than one activity then he/she has to pay  Rs. 500-1000 in between addition for each event.

If any Official wants to take participation more than one activity then he/she has to pay Rs. 100 in addition.

Check in :- time - 11am to 6pm date 16th Sept. 2022, check out :- time - 10am date :- 19th Sept, 2022.

If you will opt for the full facility, then one COACH  will be given free food and lodgings with 12 participants, otherwise  they have to pay the mentioned  fee.

Organization will bear the burden of their food and lodging as per the following conditions.
(a) 12 players one coach food and lodging free. 
(b) 24 players one coach and manager's food & lodging free. Otherwise they have to pay Rs 4000.

Those who have paid only entry fees, they will have to reach to the event place by themselves (which may be located in between 10km to 20km). You yourselves will be responsible for your late arrival on the ground or any other place, at any condition.

You yourselves have to reach to the first reporting place according to the schedule. Foundation will “not” pick and drop you from any place

You yourselves have to bear all the charges of your travelling from city/village to the championship place.

If you want entry, after passing the last date of entry, then you have to deposit the fees with late fees charges. If you will opt for any extra event then the charges (fees) of extra event will be charged, which you have to pay any how.

The SBKF/ISO foundation is advertised by the other members of the SBKF/ISO team, apart from the coaches and other individuals of different states of India. In such a situation if you pay the fee amount to any unknown or any other person or any other kind of incident may happen, then you yourselves will be responsible for it.

In the duration of sightseeing you all have to click one group photos & good photos at every particular place and you have to send some special clicked photos and videos at the given numbers - +917489605569 by SBKF/ISO. So that SBKF/ISO can also put all these photos and videos on its website and other social media platform.

In the event, if there is no entry of the expected no of participants due to any reason for the national championship, that the event may be shifted to a next new date.

SBKF/ISO does not guarantee of any government job opportunities, with our certification. The motto of SBKF and ISO is to provide, bigger platform to the talented participants in our nation. But some of our certificates have been used in Indian Army and other institutions, so the proof is available in our website and in head office. If we get any certificate verification by the government, then Under Proper Protocol, the verification letter is sent by post, courier and mail as per requirement. The data of players of all the championships is kept online for a specific period of time by us .

SBKF/ISO Rules & Regulations, Terms & Conditions, Policy & Privacy Policy are implemented to all. You must read them carefully before coming in the event and you have to follow them strictly during the event.
