Each participant will get online I-Card & participation certificate, banners, printed form, payment receipt, online result, online record with QR code.

You have to come with all required documents related to championship, provided documents by SBKF/ISO as well as other needy documents.

It is compulsory to wear I-Card during the event.

It is mandatory to wear the uniform in the bus & flight and championship provided by SBKF/ISO.

Player must bring NOC and Consent letter with them while competing in championship.

If you want entry, after passing the last date of entry, then you have to deposit the fees with late fees charges. If you will opt for any extra event then the charges (fees) of extra event will be charged, which you have to pay any how.

If the fees will not be deposited in the given time, Then the Blazer, Tracksuit & Playing Kit will not be given to any participant & official.

Before going to the Nepal Championship, you should have  knowledge about  of all the rules, regulations  & low of the country. Keep your I-D card and Passport with your selves always, whenever you will go out side from the hotel for sightseeing or any thing else.

SBKF/ISO always tells everyone to strictly follow the rules, regulations & low of all countries. But if someone will be caught doing something wrong in abroad then in such a situation, if a police case is made against you, then SBKF/ISO will not help you nor will take your  responsibility.

Before the event or after the event if you will post, interview or news on social media or any other media platform then you must take the name of SBKF/ISO in it. So that SBKF/ISO can promote your initiative too.

In students' category, U-4  to U-30 age groups are decided, according to the event. In which small age group participants can play in large Age Groups.

For Masters/Veterans the U-35 to U-100 age groups are decided according to the event. In which the large Age group participants can play in Small Age Groups

All  matches will be on knock out basis.

International Championship matches will be in between INDIA & NEPAL only. If another country will be included then we will further inform you as well.

At the International championship you all have to be very careful about the given time boundation and you all have to be ready and must be gathered at the reception area/given place within 30 minutes before by the given timings. In the event/case of being late and miss the vehicle, you have to reach to the designated place by yourselves and you can't blame our organization for this kind of irresponsibility from your side.

Every one has to follow the instructions of technical department.

Decisions of the Referee/Umpire will be final.

Protest/Objection (if any) has to be filed in SBKF/ISO website portal during the championship. along with Rs. 3000/- (non refundable)

Participants have to bring and use their own instruments & equipments during championship.

It is the duty of the coaches/participants/parents to be on time and ensure the security of all the equipments/luggage and also be very cautious of their safety during the matches/championship.

Parents will not interfere directly in case of any complaint or suggestions. They have to report the matter to their respective coaches otherwise players will be disqualified.

Foundation does not provide any Insurance. Any person, who is suffering from any particular illness/disease, in this condition he/she will be responsible for bringing required medicines.

Before going to the international championship, all the necessary documents are given to you from the foundation and all arrangements are also made. But it is not necessary that the organizer will be with you at the airport or any other places, instead of them any responsible person may be arranged there. That responsible person will tack care of all activates.

You should buy the SIM card of the relevant country, as you go to the International Championship, so that, you can have connectivity with everyone and you have to share that number with the organizer also.

In the international championship during on and off and in the event of  championship if you are found positive in doping test or any kind of intoxicating substance found in you like drugs etc. then you will be responsible for it or its consequences.

You shall be always ready for the contingent situation, if Foundation conducts any meeting in international championship then You shall attend the meetings and have to follow all the instructions mandatorily.

We provide rooms to Participants/Coaches/Parents according to our arrangement and no separate rooms will be provided.

In International Events, In some countries we have seen lack of services like quality of food may not be expected, hotel services and other services may not be expected etc. In that case you have to adjust with whatever is possible as we cannot provide more than what is available.

In international events, SBKF/ISO is responsible for sightseeing if it is mentioned. But if you are interested in doing any activity other than provided by SBKF/ISO then you have to bear your own expenses.

Note :- 1. Additional sightseeing, additional ticket charges will be born by the participants.

 2. Decided day & date only be taken for sightseeing.

During international event if any player, coach, parent are interested in sightseeing or shopping then he/she can do with prior permission from our organizer.

In the duration of sightseeing you all have to click one group photos & good photos at every particular place and you have to send some special clicked photos and videos at the given numbers - +917489605569 by SBKF/ISO. So that SBKF/ISO can also put all these photos and videos on its website and other social media platform.

We provide breakfast and dinner only at the international championship. It is difficult to provide lunch due to different events and sightseeing venues with a lot of different kinds of distances . If you order something extra in the hotel or at any other place, then you have to pay the bill by yourself only

It is difficult to provide water again and again in the hotel and during sightseeing or at other places in such a situation you have to save water and use the same water which is provided to you in the duration of  room services or you can arrange it by yourself.

Occasionally, in some special circumstances to complete an international event Coordinators sent by chief superintendents may also be replaced in place of the chief superintendents of the sub-ordinance. Which you cannot object to. You must follow the instructions given by the Coordinators.

During international event if any destruction/damage is caused in hotel, ground or at any other place by you then SBKF/ISO reserves right to hold your certificates until you make up for the loss. And In this case if you will be not able to pay be compensation amount then any legal action can be taken against you by the owner of the hotel or any other property owner.

If you face any problem during the entire championship, then the solution can be found by discussion. Foundation will not tolerate any kind of misconduct or misbehavior of any parents, coaches, participants or guardians. you yourselves will be responsible for any unfortunate situation and any legal action may be taken against you for your misconduct or misbehavior.

The SBKF/ISO foundation is advertised by the other members of the SBKF/ISO team, apart from the coaches and other individuals of different states of India. In such a situation if you pay the fee amount to any unknown or any other person or any other kind of incident may happen, then you yourselves will be responsible for it.

SBKF/ISO does not guarantee of any government job opportunities, with our certification. The motto of SBKF and ISO is to provide, bigger platform to the talented participants in our nation. But some of our certificates have been used in Indian Army and other institutions, so the proof is available in our website and in head office. If we get any certificate verification by the government, then Under Proper Protocol, the verification letter is sent by post, courier and mail as per requirement. The data of players of all the championships is kept online for a specific period of time by us .

Organization will not tolerate any kind of indiscipline "coach will be declared responsible" if, in foreign, juniors & seniors will go out from the hotel and they will suffer any kind of incident or accident.

From time to time, it has been seen that players, coaches, guardians or parents from India, during international championship, are found that they are indulged in asking the mobile numbers or any other social media id from the International players, coaches or people, where as it is never seen that the international people never enquiry of any mobile number or any social media id of any Indian people. Which is very embarrassing to us as well as for the country also. Which not only spoils the image of foundation but also of india.  Therefore, this rule is made by SBKF that if any Indian, international team coach, player will ask for their mobile number or social media and if they are found guilty of doing so, then under our policy, their certificates can be withheld. And they have to give valid reason for the act.

SBKF/ISO has decided that during the championship if any coaches, parents or any participants will be found guilty of misbehaving or misconduct "Like fighting, abusing or coming in ground in drunken stage, etc. Then SBKF/ISO will take every legal action and in future they will be restricted to take part in SBKF/ISO program.

In the event, if there is no entry of the expected no of participants due to any reason for the international championship, that the event may be shifted to a next new date.

SBKF/ISO Rules & Regulations, Terms & Conditions, Policy & Privacy Policy are implemented to all. You must read them carefully before coming in the event and you have to follow them strictly during the event.

All rights will be held with tournament organizer to change any Rules & Regulations, Terms & Conditions and Policy as per situation.
