REGISTRATION PROCESS
1 Here you have two options  1. Full Facility and 2. Hall facility, select the best suitable one, then only you can fill the form.
2 For Registration, you have to fill the form ONLINE through the given website www.sbkf.in, by paying the requisite fee through online mode, just  after the successful fee payment, you will be delivered the I CARD and fee receipt immediately.
3 There will be two options to deposit the registration fee before the last date. One Partial Amount and the other Full Amount. you can choose the option as per your convenience but after the last date while filing the form the option of partial amount will expire and you will have to pay Full Amount along with late fee.
4 While filling the form, you must enter your personal Mobile Number and Mail Id because all the necessary documents will be provided to you on the same registered number & mail only.
5 While Filling entry form, the system automatically takes Age as soon as you select Date of Birth, then you can choose Age group according to your age.
6 On the spot registration an offline entry is not acceptable.

PAYMENT METHODS
1 There are two modes of fee payment.
A) Go to the website and fill the form and make payment from there itself.
B) Through QR Code or Through bank with given bank details
Note Down payment : 50% from the total – Deadline April 30, 2023.
Note Last Payment : 50% from the total – Deadline June 30, 2023

2 If the fees will not be deposited in the given time, Then the Blazer, Tracksuit & T-Shirt will not be given to any participant & coach.
3 All kinds of deposited fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.
-: Note :-
  1. Till the date 15th May 2023 participants have to fill online form, and apart from this, they have to pay partial amount Rs.50,000.
  2. If any player wants to take participation more than one activity then he/she has to pay 100 USD in addition.
  3. Remaining of the total fee should be deposited till 30th of July 2023, otherwise your form will not be proceeded further. 
  4. In the international championship if you will be taking half facility before making flight tickets, make sure about the days, dates, timings and location so that you do not face any kind of inconvenience.
  5. You yourselves have to bear all the charges of your traveling from city/village to the first reporting place according to the schedule. Foundation will “not” pick and drop you from any place.  For example: full facility holders reporting place is Mumbai-MH airport and half facility holders reporting place is Dubai airport.
  6. If you opt full facility, it is mandatory to submit visa related documents like (Passport front back scan copy in PDF format & one  passport size photographs with white background and 6 months bank statement either of  Player or Parent's by the stipulated date. If you delay in submitting these documents then you will be responsible for all the inconvenience caused. Due to visa cancellation, due to any reason, you have to apply for new visa, which you have to bear the charges.
  7. Any food is not included travelling via flight.
  8. Players will have to pay extra charges if their luggage will be found more then 15kg and more then 7kg of hand carry bag.
  9. Flights for the Dubai will be given to all of you from Mumbai-MH (India) Airport. So if anybody wants flight tickets from their own city so they will have to deposit additional charges.
  10. In special circumstances event can be postponed but can’t be cancelled.
