-: Note :-

1. All kinds of deposited fees are non refundable.
2. Deposited fees is non transferable in whatsoever case.
3. Offline entry is not acceptable.
4. Till the date 30th Aug. 2023 officials have to fill online form, and apart from this, they have to pay partial amount Rs. 10,000.
5. If any Official wants to take participation more than one activity then he/she has to pay  Rs.1000 in addition.
6. Remaining of the total fee should be deposited till 30th of Sept. 2023, otherwise your form will not be proceeded further. 
7. Parents will not be given any type of certificate or uniform except I-card & opted facility.
8. You yourselves have to reach to the first reporting place according to the schedule. Foundation will “not” pick and drop you from any place.
9. You yourselves have to bear all the charges of your travelling from city/village to the reporting place.
10. Any food is not included travailing via bus.
11. In special circumstances event can be postponed but can’t be cancelled.
