-: Note :-

1. All kinds of deposited fees are nonrefundable.
2. Deposited fees is nontransferable in whatsoever case.
3. Offline entry is not acceptable.
4. Till the date 10th Oct. 2025 participants have to fill online form, and apart from this, they have to pay partial amount Rs. 20,000.
5. If any player wants to take participation more than one activity, then he/she has to pay Rs. 10000 in addition.
6. Remaining of the total fee should be deposited till 30th of Oct. 2025, otherwise your form will not be proceeded further. 
7. You yourselves have to reach to the reporting place according to the schedule. Foundation will “not” pick and drop you from any place.
8. You yourselves have to bear all the charges of your travelling from city/village to the reporting place.
9. Any food is not included travelling via bus.
10. All children under the age of 18 years who are participating in this SBKF competition will be considered to have read and understood all the rules, regulations, and policies given in the SBKF PDF and on the website by their parent/coach/guardians. It is further understood that they have accepted these rules without any objection. After Accepting all the rules parents/coach/guardians can't blame SBKF for anything in future in the name of minor.
11. In special circumstances event can be postponed but can’t be cancelled.
