| REGISTRATION PROCESS | |
| 1 | Here you have two options 1. Only registration and 2. Full facility, select the best suitable one, then only you can fill the form. |
| 2 | For Registration, you have to fill the form ONLINE through the given website www.sbkf.in, by paying the requisite fee through online mode, just after the successful fee payment, you will be delivered the I CARD and fee receipt immediately. |
| 3 | On the spot registration an offline entry is not acceptable. |
| 4 | While filling the form, you must enter your personal Mobile Number and Mail Id because all the necessary documents will be provided to you on the same registered number & mail only. |
| 5 | While Filling entry form, the system automatically takes Age as soon as you select Date of Birth, then you can choose Age group according to your age. |

| PAYMENT METHODS | |
| 1 | There are two modes of fee payment. a) Go to the website and fill the form and make payment from there itself. b) Through QR Code or Through bank with given bank details. |

- Till the date 30th April 2026 coaches & parents have to fill online form and apart from this, they have to pay full amount.
- The last date of entry will be date 30th of April Late fee Rs. 1000 will be charged once the last date will get over.
- If you will opt for the full facility, then one COACH will be given free food and lodgings with 15 participants, otherwise they have to pay the mentioned fee.
- If the fees will not be deposited in the given time, Then the T-Shirt will not be given to any coach.
- Parents will not be giving any type of certificate or uniform except I-card & opted facility.
- All kinds of deposited fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- There will be simple lodging arrangements (Non Ac Hotels & Hostels rooms), and simple vegetarian food will be provided.
- Check in: - time - 11am date 05 June 2026, check out: - time - 09am date: - 08 June 2026.
- No transportation facility will be provided, therefore it will be your own responsibility to reach at the reporting place and stadium within the stipulated time.
- You yourselves have to bear all the charges of your traveling from city/village to the first reporting place according to the schedule. Foundation will “not” pick and drop you from any place.
- In special circumstances event can be postponed but can’t be cancelled.
